CMovies not working: page, search or playback?

Identify the part that failed and use a relevant next step without losing the titles saved in your browser.

The homepage does not open

Record the exact address and browser message. Try another ordinary page on the same connection, then check whether the failure is limited to an old title link. This guide is not an automatic uptime checker and does not report live status for other CMovies domains.

A film search returns nothing

Remove instructions such as full movie online from the query and try the film name itself. Check that your selected year, genre and format fit the title. An absent catalog record does not establish that the movie has disappeared from every viewing service.

Watch now opens a search instead of a player

That is the intended viewing action: a JustWatch search for the selected title. Match its year and format, then choose a service offering it in your region. The CMovies page itself does not have a hidden playback server to enable.

The video stops in another app

Keep the error and the app name together. Compare a different title there and inspect the connection or quality setting. If the issue affects one viewing service, use that service’s help. Changing the catalog’s country preference does not repair a malfunctioning player.

My List is different from yesterday

Check whether you changed browsers, website addresses or devices, or opened a private session. Saved titles do not synchronize through an account. Avoid clearing website storage when your first priority is recovering a list you want to keep.
